What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

What is your cancellation policy?

It is important to us that you can make informed travel decisions, and that you have peace of mind anytime you choose to visit Mission Resort + Club. Please review our cancellation policy: Reservations must be canceled 3 days before arrival to avoid a penalty of one-night room, tax, and a resort services fee.

What are the front desk hours?

Our front desk is open 24/7.

What is your deposit policy?

All reservations require a deposit equal to one night’s room, tax, and resort fee at the time of booking. The deposit will be refundable if the reservation is canceled within 3 days prior to arrival date.

Is there daily breakfast?

Our La Hacienda Restaurant offers a la carte and buffet breakfast with made-to-order omelets, delicately fluffed pancakes, authentic Belgian waffles, and a selection of breakfast classics.

Do you offer in-room dining?

Is there a bar or restaurant on your property?

Yes, our resort has 4 dining establishments on property.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we love pets! Dogs are permitted at the hotel with a $100 fee per room, not per dog. Up to 2 dogs weighing 50 pounds each or less are welcomed at the Mission Resort + Club provided that the guest/occupant has a valid credit card on file. Full detail on our Pet Policy will be received at Check-In.

Do you allow smoking on property?

No. All resort facilities are non-smoking, including guest rooms, patios, balconies, condos, and all indoor locations. This includes tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapor products, illegal substances, and lit candles. There is a $250 fee for violators.

Do you have complimentary bicycles available?

Yes, pedal bicycles are available for children and adults to enjoy touring the resort.

What is the closest airport?

The closest airports are Orlando International Airport (commercial). Other nearby major airports are in Jacksonville, and Tampa.

What is included in the amenity fee?

The amenity fee of $30.00 includes:
2 Bottles of Water in room Daily
Fitness Center with Weights and Cardio Equipment
Complimentary On-Site Parking
Complimentary Bicycles
Complimentary WIFI Throughout Property
