This month’s theme brings the vibrant spirit of New Orleans' Mardi Gras to Central Florida with a spirited five-course menu that captures the essence of the Big Easy, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and authentic Creole and Cajun preparations. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted coursed menu option, curated by Executive Chef Krystle Seamon, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and authentic preparations.
