Krystle Seamon

Executive Chef

Krystle Seamon steps into the role of Executive Chef at Mission Resort + Club with over 15 years of dedicated culinary experience, showcasing leadership and innovation in every position she has held.

Her tenure at Mission Resort includes roles as El Conquistador Chef, Banquet Chef, and Executive Sous Chef, each highlighting her commitment to excellence. Before joining the resort, Krystle refined her craft as a Pastry Chef and Director of Operations at a Chop House in Eustis, bringing a well-rounded approach to her culinary expertise.

Outside the kitchen, Krystle enjoys exploring new pastry techniques and spending time with family, always finding inspiration in the art of food and hospitality.

Danny Connolly

Banquet Chef

Danny Connolly returns to Mission Resort + Club as Banquet Chef, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for culinary excellence.

Previously serving as the resort’s Executive Chef, Danny went on to own and operate two successful restaurants in The Villages, further honing his expertise in high-volume dining and exceptional guest experiences. Now, he’s back to lead our Banquet Culinary Team, ensuring every event is crafted with precision and creativity.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Danny enjoys exploring new restaurant concepts, mentoring young chefs, and embracing the ever-evolving world of hospitality.
